Our Vegetable and Fruit Delivery service supports Thai farmers by enabling them to deliver their agricultural produce to a local collection center, thereby expanding their sales channels. Farmers can send their vegetables and fruits directly to end customers, bypassing intermediaries. This service is suitable for fruits that do not require temperature control, such as durian, mangosteen, salak, longan, oranges, and mangoes.
Steps for Non-Temperature-Controlled Fruit Delivery Service
Product preparation process :
Prepare your produce for shipment. We recommend calculating the fruit's ripening time to be 2-3 days before dispatch to prevent over-ripening during transit.
Steps for packaging products
Select appropriate packaging boxes.
Only cardboard boxes specifically designed for fruit packaging are permitted.
Delivery to customers :
Customer receives goods.
*Delivery takes 1-2 days.
*Non-temperature-controlled vehicles are used.
Terms and Conditions for Cardboard Box Vegetable and Fruit Delivery Service
(Non-Temperature-Controlled) and Product Warranty
- The company utilizes standard, non-temperature-controlled vehicles for product transportation.
- Eligible Product Types
- Only whole, fresh fruits are accepted. Cut or processed fruits are not eligible for this service.
- Vegetables that do not require temperature control during transit are accepted. However, cut or processed vegetables are not. All vegetables and fruits must be packaged
in standard boxes specifically designed for produce, and the total weight, including the box, must not exceed 30 kilograms
per box.

- The company does not accept the following items for transport: all illegal items, all types of weapons, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, obscene materials, copyrighted infringing items, living organisms, plant or animal remains, trees, all types of plant species, hazardous or poisonous substances, chemicals, flammable materials, important government documents, bonds, government lottery tickets, jewelry, gemstones, tall decorated cakes, and all components of e-cigarettes, including e-liquids.
- The company reserves the right to deny warranty claims for general decorated cakes, coupons, gift vouchers, privilege cards, and fresh kratom leaves.
- If a delivery cannot be completed because the consignee is unreachable by phone or postpones the delivery date, the company will not be liable for any damage incurred during a second delivery attempt. No additional charges will be applied for this second delivery attempt. However, if the inability to deliver is due to the recipient (e.g., rescheduling, unreachability, or incorrect address), the company will return the goods to the sender and charge for the return shipping costs.
Should the sender refuse to accept the returned goods or fail to collect them within 7 days after being contacted, the company reserves the right to deny all product claims and to dispose of the goods as deemed appropriate.
- Regarding liability for our services, the company will only compensate for goods damaged or lost during transit. For all damaged or lost items during transport, the maximum coverage is 3,000 baht per box. It is imperative that accurate product details are provided. If a fruit box is damaged or broken, resulting in damage to the fruits inside, compensation will be provided based on the actual product value, up to a maximum of 3,000 baht per box. Please note that food, beverages, vegetables, and fruits are not eligible for additional insurance coverage. (For approved claims, the company reserves the right to retain the damaged goods). (Signing the delivery note signifies the completion of the warranty period).
- For cross-island deliveries: Shipments within the same region are delivered from Sunday to Friday. Shipments across different regions are delivered from Sunday to Thursday. Deliveries are available to the following islands:
Koh Kood, Koh Chang, Koh Yao, Koh Si Chang, Koh Larn, Koh Klang, Koh Sriboya, Koh Lanta, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao. Customers may drop off shipments every day. - The company reserves the right to cancel or modify information without prior notice.
