Terms and Conditions for using INTER PACK Pack & Ship Service and product warranty
1. The company provides temperature-controlled shipping services using insulated boxes and maintains the product temperature inside the foam box.
2. The company offers a Pack & Ship service. Products eligible for this service must be sorted and have clear delivery destinations specified.
3. The company reserves the right to refuse packing goods if the product's temperature does not meet the specified conditions.
4. The company reserves the right to retrieve packing materials (foam boxes, cooling agents) immediately upon successful delivery of goods in all cases.
5. If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient does not answer the phone or reschedules the delivery, the company will not be liable for any damage resulting from the second delivery, which will be made without additional charge. For this second delivery, the company will charge the sender a repacking fee (50 Baht/box for chilled items, 100 Baht/box for frozen items). If delivery fails because the recipient refuses to accept the goods, the company will return the items to the sender and charge for the return shipping costs. If the sender refuses to accept the returned goods or fails to collect them within 7 working days after being contacted, the company reserves the right to deny all claims for the goods and manage the items as deemed appropriate.
6. The company does not transport any illegal items, all types of weapons, ammunition, explosives/narcotics/obscene materials, copyrighted infringing items/live animals, plant remains, animal remains, trees, flowers, all types of plant seeds/filthy or poisonous substances, chemicals, flammable materials/important government documents, bonds, banknotes, government lottery tickets/jewelry, gemstones/tall decorated cakes, various components of e-cigarettes, including e-liquid.

Prepare the product or soak the product to the desired temperature at least 8 hours before shipping.
Steps for packing goods:
Place goods into sealed bags or boxes, then put them into the prepared foam box. Add cooling materials, ensuring they occupy at least 30% of the product's volume (we recommend using ice packs, frozen water bottles, or dry ice, etc.).
Deliver goods to the destination:
For inter-regional shipments, items will be repacked to maintain their original temperature.
Terms and Conditions for using INTER FOAM foam box shipping service and product warranty
1. The company provides temperature-controlled shipping services using insulated boxes and maintains the product temperature inside the foam box.
2. The company reserves the right to deny product warranty claims if customers pack their own goods and use their own cooling materials, such as crushed ice, tube ice, or ice cubes, etc.
3. The company reserves the right to refuse temperature-controlled shipments packed in poor quality, unsuitable, modified, custom-made, punctured, bulging, or improperly sealed boxes, or if the total weight of goods including packaging exceeds 30 kilograms.
4. If goods require repacking, the company will use standard ice packs to maintain the temperature. A service fee of 50 Baht/box will apply.
5.
