2. The company provides ready-to-ship packing services for products that meet the terms of service. The delivery destination must be sorted and clearly identified.
3. The company reserves the right not to accept product packs. In the event that the product with cold temperature is detected that does not comply with the conditions specified by the company.
4 The company reserves the right to recall the packing equipment (foam boxes, cooling materials) as soon as the shipment is successfully delivered in all cases.
5. In case the product cannot be delivered due to the recipient not answering the phone/ Postpone pickup The company does not guarantee damage from the 2nd shipment in all cases without additional costs.
